Alisher Saipov is a name to add to a roll call of honour including murdered Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya. The murder of Alisher Saipov shows that attempts to stifle free speech are not only a problem of Putin's Russia but also of the dictatorial Mugabe type regime in Uzbekistan.
